Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy

Refund and Return Policy:

  • At Indian Hair Extensions Inc., we ensure all our products are treated with utmost care so that our clients always receive the best.
  • However, if you are not satisfied with the product please contact our client servicing person and we would be happy to assist you.
  • Most items on our website can be returned/exchanged (except the Sale period orders, and items), requests for the same and tracking number must be sent within 7 days of your delivery. After 7 days from the date of your delivery, we will not accept any request for a return/refund and exchange in any case. Please email us at indianhairextensionz@gmail.com
  • We do not provide return courier/pickup or any thing, if you wish to return/exchange there should be pay courier fee by the customer.
  • Before reach the package the courier partner will inform you or mention in tracking about import duty tariff to be paid by you (buyer), there is no resposible for those even due/paid import duty trariff for shipments, and there is no effect these import duty tariff paid by you (buyer) in your store credits if returned.

Important:

  • We issue only store credits for the return or exchange of items.
  • All hair extensions are final sale. Hence, not valid for return and exchange.
  • Items purchased in the Sale/Discount period are not exchangeable or returnable.
  • All items/pieces in the package must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, labels and stickers etc.,
  • COMBO Orders are not valid for partial exchange or return. All items in the combo need to be returned back.
  • Indian Hair Extensions Inc. will not resend or refund(store credit) the order that shows Delivered on the tracking status. However, we can start an investigation through our courier partner.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS VALID FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?

  • We are more than happy to accommodate an exchange of all hair extensions, as we do care for your hard-earned money, but human hair extensions are a matter of hygiene and public safety, and can’t accept hair that has been worn, or tampered with, then it will not be valid for any exchange or return! However, you can always open it and check if the color matches you or not as we don’t attach any testers.
  • All items in the package must be in the same condition as they were sent and no wearing, no washing, no combing, no cutting or dying, or coloring of the hair, all these things will make the order invalid for return/exchange.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

  • Whether you are returning an order for return or exchange, you (buyer) will be responsible for your own shipping costs, i.e, You will have to send us back the items via any shipping courier with tracking id/number included as Indian Hair Extensions Inc. cannot take responsibility for the courier damage/lost return.

  • Please aware there because of International transaction there is Import duty/tariff to be borne by you (buyer) and whether you are returning an order for return or exchange, you (buyer) will be responsible for your own shipping costs, i.e, You will have to send us back the items via any shipping courier with tracking id/number included as Indian Hair Extensions Inc. cannot take responsibility for the courier damage/lost return. Return items Import duty involvement should bear by you (buyer) and same amount to be less in your (buyer) store credits.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE ORDER?

  • After receiving and inspecting the order, if it matches our criteria for the return/exchange then, after Indian Hair Extensions Inc. receives the returned product and completes the quality check in 10-12 days Working days store credit is issued for your item, it will be in a form of a coupon code, which you can use later to make a purchase.

Note: If the order has been modified in any form, or it is not in the same condition as it was sent, it will be shipped back to you at your own shipping cost, thus making it invalid for exchange/return.

    WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    • We only issue store credits, technically there will be no refund, we will provide you store credit (gift card) for your returned item. You can use that later to make purchases. It will be in the form of a coupon code (gift card)
    • The store credit in the form of a coupon code (gift card) will be emailed to you.

    HOW DO I RETURN THE ORDER? 

    • To get the return shipping address, please contact us at indianhairextensionz@gmail.com
    • Pack the items you want to return.
    • Write your Order Number/ID which starts from #GH, Name, Contact Number & E-mail on the packet. It is a mandatory step as it will help us to recognize/track your return.
    • Drop off your packet to the available shipping/courier services, please make sure that you are sending the packet via tracking ID for us to track the returned packet.
