Shipping and Delivery
- All prices on the website mentioned shipping fees.
- Your Indian Hair Extensions Inc. gets shipped out from our manufacturing unit from Andhra Pradesh India.
- All hair is carefully manufactured and inspected by hand then shampooed and conditioned before leaving our factory.
- We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Indian holidays.
- If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. So, it is suggested that thoroughly verify all the details before checkout!
- Before reach the package the courier partner will inform you or mention in tracking about import duty tariff to be paid by you (buyer), there is no resposible for those even due import duty trafiff shipments, we treated delivered.
SHIPPING DELAYS
For your convenience, it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment with your Salon, or other engagements it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information, we receive from our shipping partner.
Kindly do not held us accountable for the delayed delivery that is caused by the shipping company, we ship all orders within the mentioned time frame from our end.
FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / WRONG ADDRESS
- Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of failed deliveries. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included all the information (address, apt#, flat no, zip etc.) needed to deliver your package
- If a shipment is not delivered to you due to a wrong address like an address, not locatable or receiver unavailability, you will be responsible for contact the courier partner customer care with tracking No. and request them to deliver otherwise returns will not entertained and not our responsibility.
- If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbors who may have signed and received your item(s). If you still cannot locate it, please contact us immediately. We will contact the delivery partner right away to start an investigation.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Indian Hair Extensions Inc. will not resend or refund(store credit) a shipment that shows DELIVERED on tracking.
- If a shipment is not delivered due to reasons like customer unavailable, incomplete/wrong address, address/landmark not locatable, the amount will not get refun(store credit).
ORDER PROCESSING & PAYMENT:
- Order processing for hair extensions is 1-3 days, closures processing is 2-7 days or more, please keep that in mind while placing the orders.
- Your order will get shipped by DHL Express and you will receive tracking information on your email/whatsapp whenever it is shipped & delivery generally takes 2 – 8 days
- Once ordered, will not cancel or refund or (store credit).
